Rights

Rights for citizens

1. You have the right to vote when you're 15 or older because at 15, you are able to control your life
 and make your own decisions.

2. You have the right to practice your own religion and publicly express your opinion because we want you to live your life the way you want to without us having too much influence on it.

3. You do not have the right to discriminate against any race or group of intellectuals that have different views from your opinions because all people are equal.

4. You have the right to free public education and healthcare because we want you and your children to have better health and a better future with more job opportunities.

5. You have the right to marry anyone/anything you want once you reach the age of 18 because we believe that 18 is the age where one fully enters adulthood and has the financial capability to support one's life partner.

6. You have the right to consult/hire a lawyer no matter the crime because we do not want anyone to be falsely accused and arrested.

7. You have the right to acquire a driver's license once you've reached the age of 18 because we believe that you are able to hold responsibilities of a citizen once you reach that age.

8. Taxes will vary in financial status; the rich will be taxed more and the poor will be taxed less to satisfy social equality.

9. You do not have the right to own any firearms without a license because death rates will increase due to illiteracy rates (leading to gang violence).

10. In the case of a death penalty, one may have the right to choose whether they want their death to be painful or not painful because we want prisoners to have their sayings for the last time before they die.

How we rule

Government

How will we rule? Who is in charge?
A ruling council consisting of 5 representatives and a representing king. The 5 representatives will then select 3 more advisers of their choice to help them rule.

Why will we rule this way?
We'll rule this way because our government includes characteristics of three of the world most renowned governments: oligarchy, monarchy and democracy. This will add to the variety of the government, making decisions more accurate and favorable to the citizens.

How are they selected?
One representative is elected by the 5 regions of the country (North, South, Center, East and West) by the citizens of each region. Then, they have to pass the following standards: Able to drive, able to read and write, able to operate firearms, finish university with a B+ or higher, have an IQ more than 150 and older than 25. The representative king is then selected by the 5 newly elected councilors. The standard for kings (queens) are: Good public speaking skills, able to read and write, plesant-looking, fashionable and older than 20.

How will decisions and laws be made?
Decision and laws are made after a debate/vote hosted by the 5 councillors. If the law gets 3/5 votes or more, it will be passed. If decisions cannot be made, the king will act as a tiebreaker. In case of an emergency (nuclear war, rapid disease outbreak) however, the councillor with the highest IQ (if tied compare university grade) will act as the 'dictator' until the catastrophe is over.

Why are decisions made this way?
The number of councillors were selected to be an odd number for a reason, and it is to make decisions as fair as possible. Also, the councillors are elected through a careful exam, which proves they are talented enough to have the nation in their hands. Furthermore, for decisions that require fast thinking, like catastrophes, the councillor with the highest IQ will probably have the quickest reflexes to deal with pressure.
